Our 1600 Watt Voltage Converter converts 1600 watts while traveling in countries with and in countries with 220-240 volt electricity.
Note: Use ONLY with 110-120 volt NON-ELECTRONIC heating appliances
This converter includes the round pin European appliance plug, but an additional adapter plug is necessary to fit recessed sockets found in Europe and outlets in the U.K.,
Ireland, Italy,
Switzerland
and Denmark. Countries outside of Europe may need an additional adapter plug.
Use ONLY with NON-ELECTRONIC heating appliances such as:
- Beverage Heaters
- Clothes Steamers
- Coffee Makers
- Electric Blankets
- Food/Bottle Warmers
- Hair Dryers
- Hair Roller Sets
- Heating Pads
- Hot Plates
- Incandescent Lamps
- Irons
Note:If your non-electronic appliance uses digital timing/temperature control circuits or have auto start or auto shut off features it cannot be used with this converter. Appliances with such features may include your coffee maker, iron, electric blanket, or hair straightener.
Overload Protection
If an
overload condition occurs your converter will automatically shut off,
protecting the converter and your appliance. To restart, simply unplug
the converter and allow to cool, then plug back in. There are no fuses
to replace.
Please Note
The 1600 Watt Voltage Converter is not designed for continuous use
and should be removed from the electrical outlet when not in use.
*If you are going somewhere that uses a recessed plug within Continental Europe, you will need an adapter as well.
